Who we are
Graphic Duniya is a printing shop. Our website address is https://graphicduniya.com. You can reach us by email at industriesmahakali@gmail.com.
What personal data we collect and why
When you place an order, we collect the details you provide — your name, phone number, email address and delivery address — along with the design file you upload. We use this information to print your order, deliver it to you and contact you about it. When you pay by Cash on Delivery, no payment card details are collected on this website.
When you send us a message through the contact form, we collect your name, phone number and message so that we can reply to your enquiry and prepare a quote if you ask for one.
Cookies
This website uses cookies to keep your shopping cart working, remember your preferences and keep the store secure. If you log in to the website, cookies are also used to save your login information. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but the cart and checkout may not work properly without them.
Who we share your data with
We share only the delivery details needed to complete your order with the courier or delivery partner. We do not sell, rent or share your personal information with any other third party for marketing.
How long we retain your data
Order details are kept for as long as needed to complete your order and for our business records. Design files are used only to print your order. You can ask us to delete your personal data at any time by emailing industriesmahakali@gmail.com, unless we need to keep it for legal or accounting reasons.
What rights you have over your data
You can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it. Email us at industriesmahakali@gmail.com and we will respond to your request.
